In case you were not familiar with the CrossFit classic that combines pulling and pushing, tomorrow will surely be a wonderful time.  Thankfully we have spent two months working on skill and doing enough Pull Ups to force you to love them.  You are better off looking at this workout as 3 rounds for time with a 4 minute cut off rather than an abnormally large number of just Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups.  If you make it through, you are better off looking at this workout as 3 rounds for time with a 4 minute cut off rather than an abnormally large number of just Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups…If you make it through, you are better off looking at this workout as 3 rounds for time with a 4 minute cut off rather than an abnormally large number of just Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups…
